San Diego Police have surrounded a Mount Hope home, looking for two suspects who stole phones from victims and fled.
The incident happened at 41st Street and K Street at approximately 7:14 p.m., police said.
Two men had set up to buy two phones from a victim, police said.

It appears the men went into a nearby house that may be vacant, though police have not confirmed the men are inside.
Police officers are attempting to call out to the suspects; there is no word on whether contact has been established. Authorities are also searching for the owner of the property.
The SWAT team is not involved.
